Organizational Capacity Building Programs
Our bespoke programs empower teams to deepen their understanding of systems and build transformative leadership capacities. Innovation Labs for Systems Transformation
We convene multi-stakeholder dialogues and host Innovation Labs for partners seeking to transform innovative ideas into practical collective action to tackle ecosystemic challenges. Through deepening the quality of relationships within those ecosystems and enabling systems to see and sense themselves, we help participants unlock new possibilities and reach their highest future potential.
Generative Coaching
Successful systems transformation depends on leaders with clear aspirational intentions, deep self-awareness, defined systemic focus areas for improvement, and a willingness to reflect on obstacles and opportunities for progress. Our Generative Coaches support leaders in individually tailored programs. Coaching can also be integrated with wider ecosystem leadership journeys, and in the context of team coherence.
